The finance law school who do not have to pass to the Senate of Texas has been a key element of the State budget plan to slash billions of dollars of education of the public.

Legislators have this problem, said Senator Steve Ogden, President of the Senate Finance Committee.
"It's a big problem", Ogden said after the Senate is suspended. "There is no money for public schools."
The provision of schools would change forms of distribution in public schools so that the State could legally give less money schools under the new budget which deals with a deficit of several billion dollars.
It would have spread the $ 4 billion cut to schools over the next two years, with a percentage of 6 generalized cut in 2012, and $ 2 billion in funding levels targeted in 2013.
"We should not vote for a budget that redefines broke as usual," said Senator Kirk Watson, D-Austin.
Critics also said that the Bill would in the future schools by eliminating a requirement that the State fill funding gaps that may be caused by a dip in the local property values.
Democrats fought for more money on the reserve fund to use 10 billion dollars to fund public schools, a gesture which was rejected by Republican leaders in the House and the Senate.
The draft law schools effectively died Sunday evening on a filibuster by Senator Wendy Davis, a Democrat from Fort Worth, which prevented a vote. Republicans scrambled to find a few Democrats to join them Monday in boost for a vote, but could not obtain an agreement late in the afternoon.
Republicans have a majority of 19-12 in the House and six to join them to force a vote necessary.
"Need to fight for what you believe,", said Senator John Whitmire, D-Houston.
