I'm not saying don't take your money serious, but you need to act like its play money, or your in a video game, rather then your blowing rent money, cause this should be excess money your trading with. If they lose it, they're bummed, but they won't think, their was a car payment they just lost on the trade.
The Trading of Capital
To really make money at Day Trading, you will need to have enough start up capital to make a difference. $50,000 is always a figure to hear tossed around. To me, that may be on the low end of capital. Most experts agree you need $100,000 minimum.There are so many ways that day traders can raise capital. A few have high paying jobs and save up to trade. Many others simply begin trading with small amounts and "try" to build it up over time. Many will have a certain amount they want to start with, say $50,000. Those with the high paying jobs have a harder time because they often keep there jobs, which makes it hard to be online all day.
Without enough start-up money, you can't become successful. If you need your cast to pay bills, you will not make it as a day trader, you will be so emotional attached to the money, it will interfere with your trading.
