AppId is over the quota
We can divide HYIP programs in 3 categories:
1. 90% is just a Scam by which I mean: you don't get paid at all, not even once!
2. 9.9% is a "Ponzi Scheme" which pays you back with your own money and money from other gamblers and it's named after Charles Ponzi
3. 0.1% is a legitimate business which actually invests the money and gives you a - small - share of their profit.
For the Medium-Term programs you mostly use the general rule: First In -> First Out!
For the Long-Term I wouldn't really suggest this rule as the members and the administrator are the key to succes in these programs.
Very Important Question: if 99,9% of these programs are basically just scams why would anybody invest in these?
The answer is basically so simple that it's ingenious why these programs even exist in the first place!
Many people keep on investing in these games because they actually think they can make a profit or gain back from previous losses they have sustained.
High Interest Rates... Investors are promised high profits and most of the time they offer many other claims of untrue promises like "Principal Guaranteed" and "We are not like the rest", "Your money is safe with us"
If you do actually place money in these programs you shouldn't call it an Investment as it is more likely a Gamble; nobody - exception is the Admin - knows when this program is going to shut down. This is also the reason why this is a High Risk Investment and should rather be looked at as a Gamble then an actual Investment.
The following quote applies very well to the HYIP area so follow the advice:
"Do not believe in anything simply because you have heard it. Do not believe in anything simply because it is spoken and rumored by many. Do not believe in anything simply because it is found written in your religious books. Do not believe in anything merely on the authority of your teachers and elders. Do not believe in traditions because they have been handed down for many generations. But after observation and analysis, when you find that anything agrees with reason and is conducive to the good and benefit of one and all, then accept it and live up to it."
There are always exceptions and it's very hard to get an honest opinion in this world as many people are paid to post/write or even review a program.
